Corrections, captain pick suggestions, fixture notes, partnership queries and reader support. The desk reads every email and replies within 48 hours during match windows.
Send a correction
The desk corrects every factual error within 24 hours of being notified. Major corrections (wrong points table, wrong captain pick, wrong fixture date) are flagged at the top of the affected page for 14 days. Minor corrections (typo, formatting) are made silently.
If you spot an error, please email [email protected] with the page URL and the line you believe is wrong. The desk reads every correction request and replies within 48 hours.
Editorial tips and captain pick suggestions
The desk reads reader suggestions for captain picks, six-hitting maps and points dossier updates. Send your tip to [email protected] with the page URL, the match in question and a one-paragraph note explaining the signal (form, match-up, venue, role). The desk does not publish reader tips verbatim; the desk credits the reader whose signal led to a published note when the signal is non-trivial.
The desk's captain pick essays are based on three signals: the player's recent form (last five innings or last five overs), the player's match-up history at the venue, and the player's role in the side (opening batter, death bowler, impact player). Suggestions that add a fourth signal — pitch report, dew forecast, travel fatigue — are welcome.
Fixture notes and squad announcements
If you have spotted an early squad announcement, a probable XI change, or a venue shift, send the note to [email protected]. The desk cross-checks every fixture note against Cricbuzz and the operator's published squads before publication. The desk does not publish tips inside the first 30 minutes after a toss to avoid reacting to the wrong playing eleven.
Partnerships and editorial queries
Sixer is an editorial desk that may earn a referral fee when a reader joins the partner fantasy app via the desk's links. The desk publishes editorial reading on a strict independence rule: the partner does not review copy before publication and does not pick the captain. If you are an operator or a brand that wants to discuss a desk partnership, send a note to [email protected]. The desk does not publish paid reviews, time-limited bonus codes or auto-generator copy.
Reader support
If you are stuck on a withdrawal, KYC verification, points table or login, the desk cannot access the operator's account system. The fastest path is the operator's in-app help: open the app, go to My Account → Help → Raise a ticket. The operator's support team can see your account and resolve the issue. The desk publishes a withdrawal guide and a wallet-KYC guide to walk through the common steps before you raise a ticket.
If your issue is editorial (you believe a published page contains a factual error, or you want the desk to cover a topic), please email the relevant desk address above. The desk cannot help with account, deposit or contest-result disputes.
